Bob Harr Memorial

In October 1998, Hurricane Mitch devastated much of Central America. Thousands were killed and homes and businesses were destroyed. It was the deadliest hurricane to hit Central America. In 1999 a small band of guys from Parker, Colorado headed to Honduras to help rebuilding efforts through Youth For Christ International. Bob Harr was among that first group of men that traveled to the hurricane ravaged country.

As Honduras recovered from the aftermath of hurricane, work began at a Youth For Christ camp near La Entrada de Copan. Bob returned yearly to work on various building projects at the camp. Bob loved God, his family and the people (and coffee) of Honduras.
