Job Naibei

Job Naibei serves as the Communications Director for YouthCompass and Youth for Christ Kenya. He’s a writer, digital media specialist, and communications specialist with a background in IT. He loves telling stories, especially of God’s work in people’s lives.

Job’s role is to communicate the work and mission of YouthCompass and YFC Kenya to a broad audience across the world. YouthCompass is a global ministry model serving international teens living outside of their passport countries.

He is also involved in strategic initiatives to work together with international churches and partners, supporting those working directly with teens, telling stories of cross-cultural youth and their families, and communicating the YouthCompass model amongst YFC nations.

Job is keen to use his skills to serve and be a blessing to cross-cultural and third-culture kids as well as the youth in Kenya. He’s married to Shirley, and they are blessed with two sons. They live in Nairobi, Kenya.
