Honduras Soccer Camp A Success!

Highlights video from Honduras Youth for Christ’s first camp in 2011.

The “Without Excuse” camp was a total success. At this camp, 55 students from four different soccer teams in Copan were able to attend. The kids had the opportunity to live many of the unique experiences of Rancho Vida, and learn about sexual relationships, STDs, goal development, abstinence, and the influence of the media.

Many thanks to the “Manos Amigas Foundation” from Westchester, PA (USA). Each young kid received a pair of soccer shoes and balls for the team.

37 of the participants accepted Jesus as their Savior, and 26 signed their name to an abstinence pledge, agreeing to save themselves for marriage.
