John and Karen Selph

Both John and Karen started their involvement with YFC while in high school. John began as a volunteer while in college, moving into a part time Campus Life Club director and starting full time during his senior year at Azusa Pacific.

John and Karen have lived ministry for over 50 years of marriage, three kids and now seven grandkids. Together they serve Latin America nations as the pastoral couple along with their pastoral care role to the missionaries in the Americas Area. In January of 2021 John accepted the additional responsibility of YFCI’s Director of Member Care, which means leading a team of member care providers around the world. The goal is to build a team able to provide pastoral care for every national director and family. The Selphs make their home in Clovis, CA.
