Andrea Miedema has been serving with the ministry of Youth for Christ since 2009.  She started as the Missionary Recruitment Processor for YFC USA, where she helped to screen and send missionaries overseas to work with YFC International.  She has now moved into the HR Manager role with YFC International and is helping to equip staff as they step onto the field, enabling them to focus on the direct ministry they are called to.

Andrea lives in Denver with her husband Scott and three children.
