To harness the popularity of sports and outdoor adventure among teens, Youth for Christ in Singapore has a Sports & Adventure Ministry (SAM). SAM engages young people in a meaningful and fun way through soccer, floorball, basketball, rock climbing, and more. Life-changing lessons are shared in the course of personal interaction before, during and after these activities.
In recent years, SAM has embarked on organising TeenGames, coaching, and partnership with foreign sports teams to reach out to sporty and adventurous students. SAM also trains and equips like-minded believers through workshops.
