In the last six years, Youth for Christ in Ethiopia has engaged with 220 young people from different regions of Ethiopia. Servant young leaders emerge to reproduce God’s Kingdom in Ethiopia, Africa and beyond; hence the commitment to empower them by engaging them in the process of Biblical leadership, mentoring and coaching.
In Ethiopia, the program has four main sections:
- Prayer and fasting
- Theoretical training
- Project work
- Mentoring, coaching and follow up
Youth for Christ has mobilised groups of young, qualified, committed volunteers who are currently formulating a plan for the next ten years to reach more young leaders in Ethiopia, Africa and beyond.
