Operation Pioneer to start Youth for Christ in 11 African nations

An update on Africa’s pioneering effort, for your prayers

from Koekoes van AS, Africa Prayer Coordinator & David Kadalie, Leadership Director

Youth for Christ in Africa has launched an extensive pioneering effort, called “Operation Pioneer” to begin ministry in 11 countries in the next 5 years and have them ready for chartering after 2 years.

Please pray for all the work that is going on in planning the Pioneering Conference for the 32 Youth for Christ African Nations, to be held in April 2011.

  • Pray that an effective Youth for Christ ministry will begin reaching young people in Cameroon, Central African Republic, Comoros, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Niger, Reunion, Senegal, Seychelles, Sudan, Tanzania & Zanzibar and Togo.
  • Ask God for wisdom for the countries or offices that are going to pair up with these 11 nations to develop ministry. [Nigeria –Cameroon, Area Office-Central African Republic, Ghana-Togo, Benin-Niger, Regional Island office-Reunion, Gambia-Senegal, Kenya-Tanzania/Zanzibar, Rwanda & Burundi-DR Congo, Uganda-Sudan, Madagascar-Comoros and Mauritius-Seychelles]
  • We are grateful for funding that has already come in for this project. Trust our Provider for more funds to execute pioneering in all these eleven countries, trust God that all the nations in Africa would be able to contribute towards this project.
  • Honour the Father for the progress made with organising the Pioneer conference; speakers, venue, website registered, etc. Submit the organising of this huge event from 8-13 April 2011 into the Father’s hands, also trust HIM for enough finances and that all the delegates would be able to attend.
