Praise God for the future generations of young people who will serve the Lord and extend the Kingdom because of the sacrifices that people like Len Rodgers made.
One of God’s courageous warriors has gone home to be with Him: Len Rodgers, the man who founded YFC Lebanon 56 years ago, passed away peacefully after a long battle with cancer.
Youth for Christ Regional Director, John Sagherian, was able to visit with him just before he died, cracking jokes and sharing stories from the many years of YFC ministry. Even in illness, Len never lost his humor. We want to take the time to honor him and praise God for the tremendous legacy he leaves behind.
- Praise God for the faith and passion that brought Len and Pauline to Lebanon in 1963 to pioneer a YFC ministry.
- Praise God that the seeds he planted and the soil he tilled have yielded great fruit, not just in Lebanon, but now also in at least four other countries in the Middle East.
- Praise God for the future generations of young people who will serve the Lord and extend the Kingdom because of the sacrifices that people like Len Rodgers made. May the Lord raise more servant leaders like Len and Pauline.
