International Care Director

Location: Remote

Full-time at 40 hours per week

100% Personal support fundraising required

Youth for Christ International is looking for someone to join our team in the role of International Care Director.

This position oversees the team who cares for our National Directors and other global staff around the world. The International Care Director will have a commitment to working with shared leadership and in cross-functional and cross-national teams.

Essential Duties:

• Direct the Care Area Coordinators
• Oversee the National Director Care Program
• Provide overall care oversight
• Train, equip, and develop staff serving as coordinators and chaplains

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field
• 5+ years’ experience in similar pastoral care position
• Overseas mission experience
• Experience interacting with other cultures (culturally sensitive)
• Experience managing missionary support and team budgets
• Strong English oral and written communication skills
• Speaking multiple languages is desirable
