COIMBATORE CENTRE

The Coimbatore Centre successfully conducted a one-day youth retreat at the YMCA hall on September 17th. The retreat was attended by 21 enthusiastic young people, who were deeply blessed by the spiritual experiences and fellowship. A positive outcome of the retreat was the willingness of five young people to join the Centre as volunteers.

NAZARETH CENTRE

The Nazareth Centre successfully hosted a talent fest on September 9th. Participants from various schools and colleges in the city showcased their talents at the Art Industrial School. The event was a vibrant celebration of creativity and diversity.

PALANI CENTRE

The Palani Centre was blessed with the opportunity to conduct a one-day retreat for the ward aides at C.F Hospital. Approximately 45 staff members attended and listened to the Gospel message. Several participants shared their heartfelt testimonies about how God is guiding them, expressing deep gratitude and emotion. The retreat was a truly inspiring and uplifting experience. We humbly request your prayers for their continued growth in the Lord.

MUMBAI TAMIL CENTRE

The Mumbai Centre had the opportunity to participate in two significant events: Mumbai Halo ’24 alongside Blessing Youth Mission, and the Church & Missionary Family Meet 2024 hosted by St. Paul Tamil Methodist Church.

KOLKATA CENTRE

Youth for Christ India’s Kolkata Centre organized various events to promote spiritual growth and community engagement. The NEXUS event focused on mental health, the online Bible study encouraged obedience to God, and the online prayer meeting united participants in support of the ministry. These initiatives have contributed to the growth of the youth fellowship and inspired the youth to live meaningful and purpose-driven lives.

KARUR CENTRE

Youth for Christ India’s Karur Centre successfully conducted a volunteers retreat on September 17, 2024. The retreat, themed “God’s Purpose for Youth,” brought together 32 enthusiastic young people who participated in various activities designed to inspire and equip them for their roles as volunteers. The retreat provided a valuable opportunity for participants to deepen their understanding of God’s purpose for their lives and to gain practical skills and knowledge to effectively serve their communities.

TENKASI CENTRE

The Tenkasi Centre has been actively engaged in various youth activities. They conducted special youth meetings at AG Church and Maranatha Church on 29 September. Additionally, the Centre has been involved in running school clubs in the city, providing opportunities for young people to participate in meaningful activities and learn about God’s word.

DELHI CENTRE

The Delhi Centre is grateful for the opportunities God has provided. Their music team was invited to perform at a city concert. They also had the privilege of ministering to medical students at Holy Family Hospital, reaching nearly 100 students with the Gospel. Additionally, they were approached by a senior girls government school to conduct life skills workshops for students in grades 10-12. Finally, they are thankful for the success of our inaugural Girls’ Camp.

YOUTH DEVELOPMENT CENTRE

Youth for Christ India’s Youth Development Centre has been actively involved in various community outreach programs. They have organized a Bible quiz competition, provided essential support to street people, and offered tailoring courses. These initiatives have positively impacted the lives of many individuals in the community. Through their efforts, the YDC is contributing to the overall well-being and development of the region. Furthermore, the YDC’s commitment to serving others and making a difference in the lives of those in need is evident in their ongoing work and dedication.

SALEM CENTRE

The newly started outreach work to Yercaud has started to engage in various youth and community development initiatives. They offer weekly skill development classes for young people and adolescents, conduct youth club discussions, provide spiritual guidance for married couples, foster fellowship among staff and volunteers, and engage in open dialogues with teens and youths. Additionally, the Centre successfully organized a one-day youth conference in Yercaud, attracting around 100 participants, including pastors. The conference featured praise and worship, fun activities, and insightful seminars.

RAMNAD CENTRE

The Ramnad Centre had a productive month in September with various youth programs. They organized a one-day youth retreat in Manthavam on September 17, a special program at Good Samaritan Church on September 28, and visited the Rameswaram CSI Home on September 30. These events attracted a total of 180 participants, showcasing the Centre’s impact on the local youth community.

Lord, bless the one-day retreat, church preaching, and youth meeting at Youth for Christ India’s Tuticorin Centre for the month of October. Praise the Lord, for the talent contests, Bible clubs, church preaching, and youth meetings that are taking place in the city.

Lord, bless the upcoming camp and youth meeting by Youth for Christ India’s Kanyakumari Centre in Asaripallam and Palliyadi. Transform the hearts of the 250 young people attending the camp, and equip them to share Your message with others. May the youth meeting on October 6th be a time of spiritual renewal and encouragement for all who participate.

Lord, bless the discipleship conference by Youth for Christ India’s Delhi Centre in Delhi on October 2nd, as You minister to 400 people. May this event be a powerful time of spiritual growth and transformation. Also, bless the upcoming Hindi discipleship camp, UNNATI, to be held from October 31st to November 3rd.

Lord, we lift up the staff and their families in prayer. Protect them with Your healing hand. Grant them good health, strength, and peace.
