All over the world, Youth for Christ is working with indigenous leaders to start new ministry programs.

In Sierra Leone, National Director Abu Stephen Conteh has identified four new target areas for the coming year: Makeni, Lungi, Kono and Kailahun.

Bernard, a police officer now studying in Makeni has already started the Blama ministry and is now pioneering the Magbonkani ministry.

We want to move by His power and might to reach these towns and villages with the message of hope and transformation. A visit to Magbonkani village in the outskirts of Makeni speaks of how the fields are already ripe.  The local authorities were warm and so were the young people and the pastors. Work  has already started and leadership training is slated for next month.
