Youth for Christ is grateful to announce that Hector Morales is now part of the leadership team. He is now serving as the Regional Coordinator for Central America, Mexico and the Caribbean. Join us in prayer for him and his family.
Héctor Morales is from Guatemala. He is married to Jamie Andrews with whom he has a beautiful two year old daughter, Ariane; currently they are expecting their second baby. Since he was 15 years old, he has been dedicated to work on evangelism, discipleship and leadership development of young people in different contexts.
He has completed studies in theology and social/ clinical psychology; Héctor has also given lectures and facilitated workshops throughout Guatemala. He served in Youth for Christ in Guatemala for 13 years and managed the Leadership Development Program at Compassion International until 2017.
Héctor loves meditation and reflection, walking in nature, his guitar and a good cup of coffee. His work philosophy is based on Acts 20:24 – “However, I consider my life worth nothing to me; my only aim is to finish the race and complete the task the Lord Jesus has given me—the task of testifying to the good news of God’s grace…”
