About Youth for Christ Myanmar

Youth for Christ Myanmar is reaching out to young people in partnership with local churches across the country by sharing the gospel and helping Christian young people to live a balanced Christian life. As a result, Christian young people are making their way into the mission field through serving in churches and sharing their faith in their communities on a one-to-one basis.

Youth for Christ Myanmar’s ministry models include the Be A Light music ministry which gives concerts in remote villages, trains future church musicians, and produces studio recordings. Youth for Christ staff leads seminars and workshops for churches which would otherwise not be able to receive specialized youth training for reaching their young people. The Youth Mobilization Ministry equips annually 100 lay youth ministers in evangelism and discipleship, and Youth for Christ Myanmar’s free-tuition education programs provide activities and education assistance to children in rural locations.
