Recipients of a grant from Foundation For The Nations, Youth for Christ in Benin runs a youth camp program for the transformation of the locality of Azove. This funding allowed for organizing of volunteer and staff training where 76 young people from all regions were equipped and trained.
The annual youth camp program, which planned to bring together 350 young people, eventually mobilized 655 young people from all over Benin. During this program, a training session was organized for women to empower them on health and hygiene. More than 50 women and pastors received training on hygiene and discipleship. The team also organised a free three-day medical campaign which enabled Youth for Christ to evangelize 734 people, out of which 257 accepted Christ.
