Many are responding to the special Japan Relief Appeal, and many bikes have already been purchased and delivered to people in the earthquake/tsunami devastated region.
And, it’s not just adults chipping in to help with the cause.
The young people of Metro Maryland Youth for Christ recently had a youth event at which 2,000 people attended. They took up an offering for the Japan Relief Appeal and they raised over $2,100. No adults contributed.
A big thank you to these youth for their contribution – not only for the financial impact, but also for the encouragement and inspiration it gives to others to know that young people are making a difference in this way.
