Each week 74 students from the Christian Brothers school in Mullingar (Ireland) descend on MyHub, YFC Ireland’s Midlands Youth HUB. Participants sit in small groups and spend time doing fun activities, drinking tea and talking about the big questions in life.
The Alpha video series informs and guides the conversation, facilitated by staff and volunteers from MyHub, who are intentional about creating space for deeper conversations with young people, sharing from their own experience of how a relationship with Christ has transformed their lives.
Additionally, leaders at MyHub are able to journey with these young people beyond Alpha, on a regular basis through their weekly drop-in sessions at the Upper Room.
