Jesus: "I am the vine, and you are the branches."
On September 10-14, staff and key volunteers, as well as chairmen of the Boards of Trustees from six countries of the YFC Eastern European region, were united by a regional conference held in Belarus.
The event provided terrific team-building for teams of attending countries. There were also relevant seminars, testimonies and many focus meetings: training for the Boards of Trustees, Children at Risk coordinators, prayer strategy, leadership, etc. Many guests attended the conference, including Dave Brereton, YFCI President, Edward de Kam, EMENA director, Malcolm Johnston, a brave pioneer of YFC in the EMENA area, Erwin Lenhardt, a member of YFC Germany board, and others. It was a privilege to host leaders of partner organizations “Wake up, Debora” and “Livingston”.
Conference attendees celebrated together what God is doing in countries through the ministry of national teams. One participant said, “It was an unforgettable and creative time for me and for our team.”
