Haiti is a country stricken with poverty, crime, and hunger. That ignited a passion in Godwin’s soul to move to Haiti and restart Youth for Christ ministry in Haiti.

Every Saturday, Godwin and his ministry team feeds 50-100 children. He also hosts soccer tournaments, impacting an entire community. During the tournaments, the players share a meal together and hear the Gospel message. Godwin is passionate for Haiti.

Godwin’s own words (see video below) describe the passion he has for the country of Haiti. “Progress has been steady in a culture where nothing moves fast, ministry is difficult, and living is hard. I believe God has favor on this ministry and has been opening doors that normally would take a long time to open. He has been faithful in advancing this ministry, now I need him to be faithful in providing for me. I’m going to pray this feature will get me fully funded so I don’t have to worry about raising funds and can keep my focus on feeding souls and bellies.”
