Singapore Hosts North American Evangelism Team

Looking back  on 2010, Youth for Christ in Singapore reflects on 10 special items of thanksgiving, the first of which was hosting a foreign team and cultivating excitement in evangelism.

They played and sang for the gospel passionately!

Carpenter’s Tools International (CTI), a band of members between the 16 to 30 years old from USA and Canada, spent three weeks from June to July sharing the gospel through mini evangelistic concerts and small group meetings.

Performing Arts Coordinator, Randy Yeo commended, “This was a teachable team with their team leaders focused on the mission… They were flexible, willing to talk and interact with the young people in Singapore, with or without their music and instruments… CTI’s presence created an exciting evangelistic platform. Our young Christians could bring friends to the events and see that evangelism can be done by fellow young people and also learn to be excited about evangelism work.
