Foundation for the Nations Launches

by John Duncan fftnDo you have the world’s best new youth–ministry idea? Could you reach your whole nation for God if you just had the money? Do you need some extra finances just to survive? Foundation For The Nations (FFTN) may be able to help. The Foundation For the Nations is a new ministry that matches potential donors with YFC projects around the world. fftn2After many months of preparation, not least on the part of our graphic designers (The Thought Collective in Belfast) the Foundation was officially “birthed” on Wednesday 24th September at our General Assembly in Thailand. The Foundation was presented at an “Affinity Meal” at which 100 or so of the key Directors from around the world gave a very positive welcome to the concept. Delegates were welcomed by a smiling, cheering bunch of young leaders wearing FFTN t-shirts, and the initiative was warmly endorsed by the International Director Geordon Rendle and by Chairman of the International Board Sam Wolgemuth. fftn3To learn more about the Foundation for the Nations, how it works, how to apply, and much more, visit their website at http://www.foundationforthenations.org. There is currently over $400,000 pledged for 2015, but it looks hopeful that that this will nearly double by the December 31 deadline for applications.
